Each product is custom-made to ensure exceptional quality and uniqueness. Estimated delivery times:
- T-shirts: 5-12 days
- Jackets & Shoes: 7-15 days
Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping Rates and Customs
- Free shipping within Europe.
- T-shirts: Produced and shipped from Europe — no customs duties or VAT.
- Jackets & Shoes: Shipped from our partner in Asia. If the total value of your order for women’s bomber jackets and all shoes combined is under €150 (Europe) or £135 (UK), no additional customs duties or VAT will apply.
- Men’s Bomber Jackets: Shipped from a different partner, but the same customs thresholds apply. If your order for men’s bomber jackets alone stays under €150 (Europe) or £135 (UK), no customs duties or VAT will be charged.
These thresholds apply separately for each shipping partner.
Returns & Refunds
We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@oguiriguiri.com, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
